Villa Maat sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms and 8 beds: a king room, a queen room with two private balconies, a bunk room that sleeps four, and a twin. One downstairs, three upstairs, three full bathrooms between them.

There are 2,000 square feet of it, two patios, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a fenced, gated yard with parking for two cars. KerryAnn has been a Superhost for 12 years and counting, and the house has held 4.89 across 36 stays.

Come as a family, as a group of friends, or as a remote working couple who want a month of green. Stays of 28 nights and over are welcome.

Rooms that were furnished by somebody who lives here.

Ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning upstairs. Linen, towels and extra pillows. A gas stove and oven, a blender, a coffee maker, and children's dinnerware in the cupboard.

Wi-Fi and ethernet, a dedicated workspace, a TV and a sound system, books and board games. Yoga mats and meditation chairs, because the garden is full of birds and you will want to sit in it.

Check in is at 3:00 pm on a smart lock, so arrive when you arrive. Check out is noon.

KerryAnn is a teacher by profession, and obsessed with whether you are happy.

That is her own word for it. Fresh fruit from the garden is waiting when you arrive, and she will arrange taxis, excursions and the Scatter Falls tour with guides she knows personally.

Lenny and Lance look after the house day to day. Guests tend to leave describing all three of them as family, which is the line that comes up more than any other.
